Accounts

You need an account with a valid email address to use Briefsy beyond the free prompt checker. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. One account per person; do not share accounts.

Acceptable use

You may not use Briefsy to create, store or distribute illegal, deceptive or harmful content, including content that infringes others' rights, misleads consumers, or attempts to make an AI system produce harmful output. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

License and plans

Paid plans are a one-time purchase that grants ongoing access to the features listed for that plan, plus a monthly allowance of AI credits. Plans are licensed to one account and are not transferable.

Agency and Agency Lite let you build and manage Packs for your own clients. They don't grant the right to resell, sublicense or share Briefsy accounts or access.

Credits

AI features (interview answers, document compression, audits and test drives) use credits. Monthly credits reset on the monthly anniversary of your first purchase and do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire and are used only after your monthly credits run out. Editing, organizing and exporting your Packs does not use credits.

Service availability

We aim to keep Briefsy available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time; one-time purchases keep the core features listed at the time of purchase.

AI output

Briefsy uses AI to process your answers and documents. AI output can contain errors. Review your Pack and every export before relying on it or publishing it to an AI platform. You are responsible for the final content you use.

Refunds

30-day refund guarantee on Briefsy and every upgrade. Refunds are handled through WarriorPlus, and access is removed when a refund is processed. Details are on the Refund policy page.
