30-day refund guarantee on Briefsy and every upgrade. Refunds are handled through WarriorPlus, and access is removed when a refund is processed.

Every Briefsy purchase comes with a 30-day refund guarantee. If Briefsy doesn't make your AI's answers noticeably more specific to your business, request a refund through WarriorPlus within 30 days of your purchase.

How to request

Refunds are processed through WarriorPlus, the platform that handled your payment. Open your WarriorPlus purchase receipt and use the refund or support option, or email support@briefsy.co and we will help.

What happens after a refund

When a refund is processed, the associated plan or upgrade is removed from your account. Your Packs remain accessible under the free plan's limits.
