What we store
Your account email address and display name; the Packs you create (interview answers, blocks and settings); files and text you upload as sources; audit scores and findings; and usage logs (credits spent, AI calls made, exports created).
How your content is processed
To run interviews, compress documents, audit Packs and answer test drives, your content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic processes it to provide the feature and does not use it to train models under their API terms. Your Packs are visible only to you and to people you explicitly share a read-only link with.
Uploaded files
Original uploaded documents are kept only as long as needed to provide the compression feature and are removed when you delete the source or your account.
Free prompt checker
Prompts checked without an account are stored privately so you can view your results, and are deleted automatically after 7 days unless you create an account and import them.
Rate limiting
We store a hashed (not readable) form of IP addresses to enforce daily limits on the free prompt checker.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your business content to train AI models.
Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email support@briefsy.co from your account address and we will remove it.
